The strategist and founder of Origine Hospitality is, above all, a hands-on professional who has worked in the hospitality world since the age of 16. Origine Hospitality is the culmination of 25 years of thinking, and a genuine desire to personally support industry players by sharing his expertise in development, optimisation, strategy and performance.

Rafik, our well-travelled Chef-artist, has a career forged in palaces and fine houses such as the Fouquet’s and the Bristol, where for 3 years he honed his craft alongside Eric Frechon and his mentor, Franck Leroy. His cuisine, full of emotion, from here and elsewhere, is centred on produce and shaped by the seasons.

Image & sound… and even writing! With a career at the crossroads of journalism and specialist communication for hospitality and gastronomy, Olivier brings an excellent understanding of our clients’ challenges and solid expertise in content creation. A Project Manager as sharp and versatile as a true Swiss Army knife.

With nearly 20 years’ experience, Justine is, through our communications branch Agence Ambroise, THE specialist in press and social media communication for the lifestyle & gastronomy, and hospitality and restaurant sectors.
